Putting Policy into Practice

We care about providing good quality, clean play equipment. We clean mats, cushions and all toys using safe antiseptic sprays, disinfectants and washing powder and undertake Risk Assessments for all venues and activities.

Caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times so we will never be left alone with your children but staff have enhanced DBS disclosures, safeguarding experience and full policies in place nonetheless. You can read our Policies and Play Charter above.

We want to create a friendly, inclusive and sustainable environment at Wolves Play Cafe so won’t bombard you with lots of pieces of paper on arrival. Instead you can access a Wolves Play Cafe Charter here which is also always available and on display at play sessions. It is your responsibility to read this and agree to the Ten Play Points in order to participate.
